Terms of Sale

• Payment must be received within 10 days after auction closing. We ship on Mondays and Thursdays.

• Some used items may have cosmetic imperfections such as scratches, ink markings, etc., which do not in any way affect the functionality or performance of the unit.

• Products are tested and fully functional before shipping.  AS-IS items are not tested and will not be covered under warranty, unless otherwise stated.

• Damage caused by misuse or improper handling by the buyer will not be covered under warranty.

• Any presumed defective units must obtain an RMA # before return.

• Item returned will be tested. If found defective, either a replacement or a refund will be sent immediately. If found not to be defective or damage caused by misuse or improper handling, item will be returned at buyers expense.

• Shipping and handling charge is not refundable. Seller is not responsible for shipping damage or loss. If insurance is needed, buyer may need to pay for extra insurance fee.

• International order will ship via USPS, no tracking info is available except Express Mail.  We do not accept PayPal for international order.
