"DOA" means the item will not turn on, power up, run self-tests, or function normally. "DOA" does not mean incompatible, out of calibration,or any change from normal operation caused by age and wear. "As-Is" means that item has had limited or no testing, and indicates the item should not be expected to work.  "As-Is" means the item is absolutely not eligible for return.  Any statement made in the auction description supercedes this policy. BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL RETURN SHIPPING COSTS, NO EXCEPTIONS! Check our feedback, as we are easy and fair to work with, but claims for DOA must be made within 7 days of receiving auction item. Item will be well-packed, insured for value, and a tracking number sent to your email address.  INTERNATIONAL:  Item will ship from our warehouse once a week, via USPS Air Parcel (4-10 days to your country at which time it is passed to your local postal service). Failure to make contact may void the transaction, buyer may be subject to negative feedback and/or a Buyer's Strike, and the item may be relisted or offered to next highest bidder at seller's discretion. AllCity shall not be held liable for any damage incurred to the item during shipping. Item will be very carefully packaged, and shipped insured for entire sale value. Buyer will contact AllCity immediately, and Buyer will retain the box and all packing materials and assist with any insurance claims when applicable.
