These are tested OEM from system part outs, many from bran new computers. Parts many have cosmetic blemishes and/or scratches due to normal use. There are no cracks or lines on LCD's. Manufactures use many different model parts in the same model computer and they are not all compatible with each other. Please check your model number before bidding. Manufacturer's part number may vary.

Not sure if this is the right model of LCD for your laptop, we have some helpful instructions on how to get your part # , and be assured you are getting the right product for your laptop. Visit HERE for more info, including some instructions on how to install your LCD if needed. If you order the wrong product , you can exchange it , any additional shipping charges or fees would be the buyers responsibility. WE ARE NOT BE RESPONSIBLE IF YOU ORDER THE WRONG PRODUCT, PLEASE CHECK YOUR PART NUMBER!!
Let us install it for you. This is the easiest way if you are unsure or feel uncomfortable taking apart your laptop. Below is how to have LPWINC install it for you.
- Click email us to request repair info or call us toll free at 866-523-2777 M-F 10am to 5pm EST, we will take some info.
- Ship us your laptop in a specially designed box for laptops.
- Once we receive it we will install your part and ship your laptop back to you.
This process takes 2-3 business days once we receive it , and then depending on how you would like it returned to you, you can have it back as quickly as overnight. Once we Install you will have a 30 day parts and labor warranty. Please contact us for more information.

- When sending an email please respond with any previous emails or conversations attached. Please understand that we receive over 500 emails and phone calls a day and we can’t remember everyone we responded to and what it was about.

- Most items are shipped 1 business days of us receiving payment and a email with tracking information will be sent once the item has shipped.

- All products from come with a 30-day warranty unless advertised differently.
- No return/exchange/warranty after 30 days. NO Exceptions!
- All items are serial tagged. Tampering or removing this tag will void the warranty.
- DOA products, Deviations, Short-shipments and Damages must be reported within 3 business days from delivered date.
- All returns must include a valid RMA# RMA Department.
- RMA # only valid within 14 business days from issued date.
- Returned packages with an invalid or expired RMA# will not be accepted.
- Warranty/RMA number will be invalidated and a restocking fee will apply if returned products are not in original packaging with all accessories.
- All defectives product will be replaced within warranty period.
- All refunds are subject to 15% restocking fee.
- Full refund of purchase price will be issued if replacement is not available for defective product.
- No pick up or return services are available.
- Shipping/Return-shipping costs are not refundable.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Please insure all returns are packaged properly and insured. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items.
