Unit powers on, fan makes some noise, there are 2 know problems,

The 8350b has “Unstable Frame “and the 83592B plug-in has  “frequency and Amplitude are out of spec”.

We cannot test any further, we do not know if unit functions properly, therefore unit is sold AS IS or for Parts or Repair.
