Logically laid-out front panel with simple push-button design makes the 5334B Universal Counter one of the easiest counters to use?its capabilities make it one of the most usable counters available. High performance starts with two matched 100MHz input channels and displays with 9 digits per second resolution. You'll find the features and abilities of this counter are endless- with the push of a button, automatic rise/fall time, pulse width and AC/DC voltage measurements, auto triggering and auto attenuation, as well as frequency and period measurements, time interval and time interval delay, external arming/gating for synchronizing measurements to external events, plus much more! Of course, all of this power is available via the front panel or automated using the built-in HP-IB interface. Other great features include the ability that enables the operator to store & recall up to 10 front-panel setups.

  • Option 010 = (high stability oven time base) which offers an aging rate of 5 x 10E-10/day after 24 hr. warm up

  • Option 030 = Utilizes a third channel input (channel C) for measurements from 90 to 1300 MHz
