We gladly accept online payment by VISA, Master Card via our checkout process. You can always call us personally and we can process your Master Card or Visa over the phone. (716.636.4620) We also accept money orders and cashier's checks (written in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank.) providing that they are mailed immediately and reach us within 7 days of the auctions end. If you need the name and address it is listed at the bottom of this auction. (scroll down) We do NOT accept personal checks or Paypal and will return those payments. Let me say it again. NO PAYPAL.
Returns: Returns as accepted only if the item is determined to not be described accurately in the auction. Contact us within 3 days of receipt of the item to discuss a return on these terms. We do not reimburse shipping. Buyer pays all return shipping fees. Item must be returned within 7 days of getting a Return Authorization.

If you are bidding on multiple auctions, please wait until the last auction has ended before checking out. That way you will only have to checkout once for all of your items and shipping and handling charges will be combined. We won't send you an eBay invoice for that as the checkout process allows you to pay for multiple items if we don't. So don't take it personally.
$#@@!& Taxes: New York State law requires that we charge 8.75% sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses within the state of New York and any local pickups.
Shipping fee: This item will ship via FedEx Ground to any of the lower 48 states. The flat rate for this appears at the top and the bottom of this auction. We include full insurance coverage where FedEx will apply insurance. Merchandise will ship within 2 business days of the payment confirmation.
Handling fees: are included in the flat rate fee you see, we don't inflate shipping, these are hard costs for us. Let me say that this includes the cost of: the box, the peanuts, the bubble wrap (which is always 2 - 4"), any specialty material we may need like foam or wood, then comes the cost of the insurance, the cost of my employees time to pack it and THEN the shipping cost. If you read our feedback you will never see a complaint about how well an item is packed because we take all the extra precautions... and precautions are costly.
Local Pick-Ups: If you would like to pick up your item at our store located at Room to Spare Storage, 7545 Transit Rd, East Amherst, NY. We are open 7 days a week and typically you can stop by anytime. If we know you are coming we can be sure to have it ready for you. All pickups will be charged 8.75% tax. Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, Room to Spare Storages' Online Auctioneering will send you a shipping confirmation and FedEx will send you tracking information when the item has been scanned at the first warehouse. For all shipments sent via FedEx, tracking information is usually available the next business day after the package has been shipped. You may check the status of your shipment at www.fedex.com or by calling 1-800-Go-FedEx.
Insurance Claim: In the unfortunate event of a shipping insurance claim we will do our best to file the claim for you. We do not reimburse for the item in advance of the claim being paid. That is up to the shipping company and that is what insurance is for. We not not responsible for lost or damaged goods in transit.
FedEx doesn't ship to APO or FPO addresses or P.O. Boxes, please let us know your street address and your local phone number as it helps them locate you in a pinch. Orders placed after 3 p.m. EST will not be shipped until the next business day. While we do pack them, we aren't able to ship any orders on Saturday or Sunday.

Please be aware that any international bidders are blocked from bidding and will require prior approval to bid as well as a shipping quote from us, please email us prior to the auction ending as typically the shipping and handling on any international shipments are triple the flat rated posted shipping cost in the auction.
For the majority of our international customers (including Canada, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii - which we consider as additional or international shipping - sorry guys), we ship via the US Postal Service (USPS). This method typically requires at least 10 business days to arrive to you. For our international customers, your package will most likely be held at Customs and inspected. After passing inspection, the package is released to your country's respective national mailing service. Historically, we have found the total time for delivery to vary, with some packages arriving within 1 week and others within 1 month. It is also important to note that USPS international shipments are not currently trackable. International customers may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Your charge from Room to Spare Online Auctioneering includes only the cost of your item(s) and the cost of shipping. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We also mark all of our packages as merchandise (not gifts) to fall in line with customs practices. Customs policies vary widely from country to country so please contact your local customs office if you desire further information.
It is your obligation to read all the terms prior to bidding, and above all get it paid before one week passes as a Non Paying Bidder Report WILL be filed.

We take fantastic photographs and write a detailed description of your item, and we handle shipping, payment, and customer service. After your item sells, you receive a check in the mail. It's that simple! We Like Win Win. This is also why we need transactions to move along because we have a client on the other end who wants to be paid.
