Shipping Info
Buyer pays the shipping cost listed above within the Continental US (Lower 48 States). Items will be insured & MUST be shipped via UPS Ground or by freight carrier. Only cartridges & some other accessories may be shipped via the Post Office. Alaska, Hawaii, PR, GU, MP, etc shipping usually costs substantially more (3 to 4 times as much or more). Please email for a quote before bidding. We do not ship internationally.
Insurance
Our shipping INCLUDES UPS, Freight Carrier or USPS insurance at NO additional charge. The insurance covers lost or damaged packages. Any damages must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt of the package. We may require a photo of the damage. Save the item & all packing materials. Throwing either away will void the insurance.

Handling Time
Most of our items usually ship within 3 Business Days of cleared payment (Business Days do not include weekends or holidays). This also does not include TRANSIT TIME to you.
