Shipping:
Buyer pays all shipping charges. Fedex Ground is our main courier backed up by UPS and for International orders we use USPS.
Shipping and handling charges are non-negotiable and non-refundable.
All US items are shipped USPS UPS or FedEx ground. Items are usually shipped out same day or 24-48 hours after payment is made. UPS/FedEx ground takes 2-6 days depending on where you are located.
We DO NOT refund shipping costs for any reason, under any circumstance. SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE and by bidding or purchasing you are agreeing to these terms.
Payment:
We accept the following forms of payment:
· PayPal with confirmed addresses.
· Electronic checks through PayPal ONLY. This service allows US-based buyers to purchase online by direct electronic payment from their checking accounts.
· Other payment options will be addressed on a case by case basis as the bidder contacts us with that need.
· NO PERSONAL CHECKS.
Warranty:
Unless otherwise excluded below or in the item description, all items are warrantied 14 days from the date of delivery for DOA ONLY. Buyers are responsible for return shipping on warranty returns.
Cosmetic problems and compatibility with other hardware or software is not covered under this warranty. A defect is considered to be cosmetic when it does not impair the functionality of a product.
Retain all packing materials and your invoice for the 14 day warranty period in case a return is necessary. There are no other warranties, expressed or implied.
Returns:
All returns must have a valid RMA #. Packages without RMA #'s will be returned. To get an RMA, email: mailto: admin@p1parts.net
Returns must have all original packaging and accessories to get credit. Items must be shipped back in new condition and properly packed. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance. If a part(s) is shipped back not properly packaged and gets damaged, its soley up to the buyer to insure the package, we are not responsible for incoming damaged packages and will not issue a credit. We take pride in the packaging of our products!!!!!
There will be a 20% RESTOCKING FEE on all good returns and will be included in the refund. If the item is DOA a full refund will be issued excluding shipping. Also if the part is claimed DOA and is found to test good, a 20% restocking fee will be included in the refund.
