There is no warranty on laptop battery lives or items denoted as new and/or factory sealed from the manufacturer, as we have not tested them. Repair will take place as soon as possible; if the equipment is not repairable we will replace the item with a like unit of equal or greater value or refund the purchase price. If you are in Hawaii or Alaska, email us for a shipping quote before placing a bid on the item(s). We use UPS for the majority of our shipping. UPS cannot deliver to PO, APO, or FPO boxes.
