SALES TAX By law, we are required to collect sales tax on all auction items with a delivery address in Pennsylvania. The tax rate will be 6% based on the state and local rate.
FIRST TIME BUYER RECLAMERE sells an endless variety of merchandise at the lowest prices possible. RECLAMERE sells Recycled and Refurbished merchandise to large volume resellers and our auctions are not intended for retail customers. Buyers must remember that a RECLAMERE is vastly different than a retail facility. Our merchandise normally comes from many unique and diverse sources. Often these items are in perfect or even in new condition but some items may have issues. It is equally difficult for us to know if every option functions perfectly. RECLAMERE is unable to spend a great deal of time testing and checking each item, but we do bench test each units Hard drive, Ram, Video, Sound card, NIC and whether or not the unit powers on (if it is electrical). Despite any and all observations by our employees, your product may not be what you expected or it may have issues beyond what was observed. Please carefully consider this information and bid accordingly. There is always a potential for uncertainty with the items being auctioned.
SERVICE & SUPPORT Even with thousands of satisfied customers we must point out that this is not a retail store. In order to maintain our no reserve bids, we are only able to offer 7 day DOA warranty, after the sale. SHIPPING AND INSURANCE Shipping quotes are based on the actual published rates currently charged by UPS. This charge includes Handling/Packaging.
Canada buyers who choose UPS will be charged additional brokerage/duty fees from UPS upon delivery.

COMBINE SHIPPING RECLAMERE offers combined shipping on multiple purchases in order to save our customers a great deal of money. The process of combining shipments can be difficult because of the extreme variation of the products that we sell (which range vastly in size, weight and fragility). LOCAL PICK UP Our facility has certification restrictions that do not permit local pickup.
PAYMENT Payment for all items is due within 5 days of the auctions ending date. RECLAMERE will send an e-mail reminder prior to ending auction in default of payment. Non paying bidders will be left negative feedback.
FEEDBACK Positive feedback is left automatically when winning bidder leaves a positive comment for RECLAMERE. Leaving RECLAMERE a negative feedback may result in a negative counter feedback, or other appropriate response, to be determined by customer service.
EXCHANGE POLICY GENERAL Please remember that RECLAMERE sells items in various condition, from brand new to used/refurbished and parts only. Please make sure you always read the condition of each item prior to bidding.
All DOA Warranty claims must be made within 7 days from receipt of product. RECLAMERE will make every attempt to satisfy the customer with an exact replacement unit. If this is not feasible, RECLAMERE will substitute and equal value unit.
EXCHANGE INCORRECT ITEM In the event that a customer receives an item different than the item that appeared at auction, RECLAMERE will make arrangements for the incorrect item to be exchanged. In order to receive this exchange the customer must contact RECLAMERE for an Electronic Return Label. Once the item is shipped back in the same condition that it was received the correct unit will be shipped out. All exchange claims must be made within 7 days from receipt of product.
SHIPPING DAMAGE RECLAMERE sells items in various conditions from new to Refurbished. In the event that an item is damaged, RECLAMERE must me contacted within 7 days. In order to receive the damaged refund the customer must contact RECLAMERE to file a UPS Claim. In most cases, UPS will arrange to inspect the package at the delivery location. All Shipping Damage claims must be made within 7 days from receipt of product and all requests must be by email or phone (e-mail ebaysales@reclamere.com or (814) 684-5505). |
