If the item is Not Warranted, we will NOT offer an RMA, but will still offer all suggestions we can come up with to help. Doing nothing to communicate with us except for leaving a negative feedback will do nothing to help the situation. We respond to all our email requests in a very timely manner and want your complete satisfaction!!
