NEOGEO’s liability will be no more than the amount you paid for the product that is the subject of a claim. This is the maximum amount for which NEOGEO is responsible.

If a shipment is lost or damaged as a result of a carrier a claim will be made. Refunds will not be given until a carrier has completed their investigation and provided us with a claim cheque. Refunds or replacement products will not be given under any circumstances until the carrier's investigation is complete.

Items can not be returned due to incompatibility, buyer remorse, cancelled projects, or shipping/customs delays out of our control.

Prior to shipping products back to NEOGEO COMPUTERS, you must email us with a reason(s) for return and agree to attempt our possible solutions. In order to process your return promptly, the products must be returned prepaid with the following:

1. - A copy of the original invoice or packing slip showing the serial number. 
2. - A brief note describing the problem and defective symptoms.
3. - All manuals, accessories and original packaging if applicable.

All collect shipments will be refused. Improper packaging, physical damage, or alteration of serial numbers will void all warranties. All goods returned for warranty that are found to be non-defective will be charged a 10% restocking fee. Item must be returned before a replacement product or refund is given - no exceptions!
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
