Auction Policy

• Please understand what you are bidding on.
• A brief description of the item is listed with the listing as far as I know.
• A bid on our auction states that you have read and agreed to all Terms and Conditions. Please, do not bid if you do not intend to complete your winning bid.
• Canadian Resident please add 5% GST or 13% HST, Ontario Resident add additional 8% PST to the total amount due (including shipping). All payment without applicable tax will be returned.
• Failure to pay will result in negative feedback. We reserve the right to refuse high bidders having negative(<0) or hidden feedback and all non-registered bidders.

Payments

• Canadian Resident please add 5% GST or 13% HST, Ontario Resident add additional 8% PST to the total amount due (including shipping) . All payment without applicable tax will be returned.
• All payments must be prepaid within 7 (SEVEN) days of auction closing.
• Total Amount Due is the the Final Auction Price plus Shipping and Handling fee (Please refer to the table below).

Shipping and Handling Fee

• Item will only ship via UPS (USA buyer),  Canada Post or Purolator (Canadian Buyer),  We don't ship on Buyer's Account (neither Purolator, UPS nor FedEx).
• Pick up (cash only, no extra handling fee if no packing is required) is available at our Store in Markham, Ontario, Canada.
• Shipping fee is based on size/weight & destination and also shipping materials, insurance & tracking originated from Ontario, Canada
• USA Buyer pay no duty but required to pay UPS import entry fee (US$24.00 if total purchase over $200.00), bill direct by UPS.

Limited Warranty ( not applicable outside Canada and USA, International Order will be SOLD AS IS )

ANY ITEM EXCEPT THE "AS IS" WE SELL THAT IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY  WHEN RECEIVED BY THE BUYER WILL BE COVERED UNDER THE TERMS OF OUR COMPANY 's GUARANTEE. THE ITEM WILL BE RETURNED TO SELLER AT BUYER'S EXPENSE. ITEM WILL BE TESTED TO DETERMINE CONDITION. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REPAIR, REPLACE, OR REFUND AT OUR DISCRETION.  SHIPPING COSTS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. BUYER MUST NOTIFY SELLER WITHIN 7 DAYS AFTER RECEIVING THE ITEM OF ANY PROBLEM THAT MAY REQUIRE A RETURN. WE DO NOT COVER THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS UNDER THE GUARANTEE:

• BUYERS INABILITY OR LACK OF EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE TO INSTALL AND/OR USE THE EQUIPMENT PURCHASED
• ITEMS RETURNED THAT ARE DETERMINED TO BE IN WORKING ORDER THE CUSTOMER WILL BE CHARGED A 25% RESTOCKING FEE OR RETURNED AT BUYER'S EXPENSE.

Return Policy ( not applicable outside Canada and USA, International Order will be SOLD "AS IS" )

• All returns must be shipped back in original packaging and require an RMA number.
• Buyers must follow our Return Policy and will be given with the RMA NO. in the email.
• US Buyers please follow our RETURN PROCEDURE described straightly in the RMA email.

What to do When Auction end 

1. eBay and Paypal will issue a Payment instruction automatically after auction close via email. Please bookmark or printout this page for shipping reference (especially the shipping and handling fee table). 
2. Paypal customers: When paying by Paypal,  we do not accept payments over $50 that do not have a confirmed address or not verified.
3. Please be patient and wait for your product to be shipped. Once your payment has been received, we will ship within 3 business days. 
4. An  Invoice in pdf format will be send via email. A tracking no. and a positive feedback will be posted after Carrier picked up the item(s).
