Payment and Shipping:

Warranty:
-All products carry a 30 (thirty) day warranty against defects unless otherwise stated in the auction or store.

Returns:
-If you receive the wrong product or the item is defective, you must contact us within seven days of receipt of item.
-You will receive an RMA number.
-No returns or refunds for non-compatibility. It is your responsibility to make sure the item is 100% compatible.
-All returns require an RMA number, or they will be refused.
-RMA numbers must be clearly labeled on the box.
-The buyer is responsible for shipping charges for returns.
-If you return a product as defective and it tests out to be working, we will give you the option to buy back the part in order to avoid the restocking fee. You have 24 hours to notify us, or the restocking fee stands.
-All working returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee or $25, whichever is greater.
-If your product fails within the 30 day warranty period, you have 10 business days (domestic) (or 15 business days if international) from the date the RMA number was issued to return the defective part(s) to us or the RMA number becomes invalid and the shipment will be refused.
