~*~ PRIMITIVE KEEPINGS ~*~

Up for auction is this perfectly primitive picture hand painted and hand stitched by the seller, Kathi Manville of the Sassy Cat Folk Art Studio. This piece features a "PRIMITIVE LOVER'S" sampler consisting of a shaker shelf with three baskets, a crow, saltbox house, feather tree with star, candle and primitive hearts. It has been painted on coffee-stained muslin (just enough grungy to make it look old) with a backing of "warm and natural" quilt batting for a professional finish to the stitchery. The words "primitive keepings" and "baskets" along with the x's on the hearts and the shaker pegs have all been hand stitched. I love this piece and know you will too if you are the lucky bidder. It measures 12" x 13" and comes ready to hang in a primitive frame with no glass that I also made. Be sure to check out my other auctions for more unique primitive needfuls.
