Payment

Payment must be received within 7 days of the end of the auction. After 7 days a non-paying bidder form will be filled and the item will be relisted (if you need more time, please email me).


I accept Paypal, Bidpay, Money order, Cashiers Check, or Personal Check (Personal checks will be held for 10-12 days so they can clear before items are shipped).

 

 

Fees

7.25% Sales Tax will be charged to California residents or any package shipped to California.

Shipping

The shipping rate is stated in the auction under "shipping costs". Items will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 Days). Some larger or more expensive items will be shipped via FEDEX.

We do NOT allow local pickup and we ship to the USA only. NO International Shipping.

Delivery

We normally ship everyday Monday through Friday. All items are guaranteed to be shipped within at least 3 working days after payment is made. All items will be shipped with delivery confirmation numbers. Some items will need to be signed for. Confirmed paypal address only.

Refunds & Returns

If an item arrives defective you must email me within the warranty period and we will attempt to troubleshoot. If an item needs repair or replacement we will issue you an RMA number so you can send the device back to us (return shipping is not refundable). Refunds will only be given if the device can not be repaired or replaced.

Do not drop, open, or try to change any parts! My technicians are experienced and will discover any attempts that item were misused. Any attempt to open the item or if it was dropped will be detected. If this is the case, I will count it as a fraud and the proper authorities will be notified.
