THIS MEANS THE SELLER BELIEVES THEM TO BE UNUSED DUE TO INSPECTION, BUT IT MAY NOT BE IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING. AS A RESULT THESE ITEMS MAY SHOW SIGNS OF HANDLING, THOUGH THERE WILL BE NO SERIOUS COSMETIC OR FUNCTIONALITY ISSUE WITH THE ITEM, UNLESS STATED.

REFUND/RETURN/EXCHANGE Policy: Buyer pays all freight for warranty and refund claims. No return freight will be refunded under any circumstance (DO NOT ask for a call tag for return!!!). Refund only will be issued when merchandise is returned and inspected by the seller.

Any damages caused by the buyer or in the return process will not be refunded 100%. When it happens, it is seller's sole decision to make a partial refund or no refund at all.

• The Shipping, Packaging & Handling cost is a flat fee for the contiguous 48 US states.
• We cannot ship via UPS Ground service to APO or PO Boxes or international addresses including Canada.
• Boxes under $50 and under 2 lbs will ship by USPS
• If you require we ship by only a certain method you must notify us by phone before making payment. We won't be liable for undeliverables due to our default shipping method being incompatible with the address that you provide.
• International packages will be shipped by the carrier and method of our choice. Contact us first.
•  Shipping charges will be higher for Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Buyers from these geographic areas should please contact us prior to bidding in order to determine the actual cost of shipping.
•  Buyers who want to pick the item up from us must contact us in advance. There will be a Pick-up handling fee and sales tax.
•   All items will be shipped within 2-3 business days of receiving the payment.
• Shipping items over 125 lbs will ALWAYS be done with a freight carrier. Additional fees apply for liftgate service, residential delivery, and inside delivery. This means, in regards to large items over 125 lbs, or items that we choose to ship with a trucking company, that the flat rate above only applies to bidders who are receiving the item at a business (and who's business is in a business district NOT an in-home business) with a loading dock or a forklift. Additionally, the above rate may have to be completely recalculated for the Washington DC and New York City regions.

• Buyer will be charged 15% restocking fee for any returned item unless it is a warranty issue.
• Any item returned for warranty must be returned in the same condition that it was received.

• ITEM WILL BE INSPECTED UPON RETURN. It will only be fully refunded, or replaced without charge, if the seller finds the cause for return valid, and if the buyer complies with all parts of the return policy. An item returned that found to be unjustifiably returned or falsely claimed, even if this is due to the buyer’s lack of familiarity with the item, will only receive a partial refund, or can have the item reshipped/exchanged at their own expense.
