You are bidding on a replacement feed "pickup" roller for your HP Laserjet 4L/4ML/4P and 4MP printers.

If your printer is misfeeding and having printer jams from the front tray typically a page gets partially fed and then jams, the paper still sitting partially in the tray, this is the repair kit that will get your printer feeding like new again!

To do a quick check of the roller, remove the tray and observe the roller. Is it shiny? Feel hard instead of soft rubber? If you feel the roller is it slick? If so this kit is for you. Don't wait another day. Get the printer working right away.

The video provided is on cd and is in WMV format.  This repair takes approximately 1 hour to complete.  It shows you how to step by step remove the appropriate parts to get to the roller and replace the roller. The video eliminates mistakes in the manual and lets you see before you do the work.

The service manual will be included covers all troubleshooting for your printer as well.

The video is in WMV format and is broken up into short chapters so you do one repair procedure at a time.

The video is in clear english and will play on media player, real player and VLC Player at a minimum. If you have a windows based PC or Mac OSX or earlier, this WMV format video will play with a WMV video player.  (very common video format)
