If an item is sold as working and tested and is found defective after a reasonable amount of time, say 3 – 5 days after delivery it can be returned for a refund or replacement if one is available to replace it at the choice of the buyer. Shipping cost; buyers are responsible for return shipping, this is just like anything you buy on the net, the buyer is usually responsible for the cost of returning an item. If an item is determined to be defective after being returned then the original cost of item and shipping cost will be refunded in full. Some items are described as pulled from a working environment and powered on only and not tested. Generally these items require some risk to the buyer as the DOA warranty applies to description and tested to power on only. On a case by case base I will still consider any request to refund or replace an item if it is defective. Items that are sold asis are just that, they are described as accurately as possible and sold asis no return or refunds.
