HP PHOTOSMART M407 4.1 MP DIGITAL CAMERA NEW OPEN BOX!
Condition:
Performance rating: 10/10. Cosmetic rating: 10/10.
Comes in retail box with all original accessories. The box was opened either to show a customer what the camera looks like or to briefly put it on display behind a counter. The camera has no signs of handling and has only been used to take a few test pictures. The camera is guaranteed to look and work just like brand new!
Please note: The ink printing on box is slightly faded/smeared from boxes being stacked/moved around (HP must use cheap ink to print the boxes!). This has no effect on the item quality, the box just doesn't look quite as nice.

- $26.99 for insured FedEx Overnight (choose Overnight Flat Rate Shipping for $26.99 during checkout). Arrives 1 business day after shipment. Available to U.S. 50 states only! Please note AK and HI may take 2 business days.
- $11.99 for insured FedEx 2-day (choose Expedited Flat Rate Shipping for $11.99 during checkout). Arrives 2 business days after shipment. Available to U.S. 50 states only! Please note AK and HI usually take 3 business days.
Estimated delivery times for STANDARD shipping (may vary somewhat):
- 2 business days for shipments to OR, WA, ID, and Northern CA
- 3 business days for shipments to MT, NV, AZ, NM, UT, CO, WY, and Southern CA
- 4-5 business days for shipments to all other states (usually 5 business days to East Coast)
- Usually 5-10 business days to APO/FPO, PR, and U.S. protectorates

The above shipping prices are valid for shipping to all 50 states, APO/FPO, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Protectorates. Sorry but at this time I am not shipping to any other countries. I will not make any exceptions to this policy. Messages requesting shipment to other countries will not receive a reply.
Payment:
Paypal only with immediate payment required. Sorry, no other payment methods are accepted. No exceptions. Messages requesting other forms of payment will not receive a reply. This is because in my opinion PayPal is the safest payment method on eBay for both buyers and sellers.
Return policy:
You may return this item for any reason within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund of the item price. You are responsible for paying the return shipping cost. In addition, if you paid for an upgraded shipping method (rather than the free shipping option), then I cannot refund the original shipping charge. Please send a message to request return instructions prior to returning the item. I will refund you as soon as I receive the item back and verify that it is the same item I shipped you.
Warranty:
I guarantee that all items will work like new upon arrival and be free of any defects for 14 days after arrival (please test all functions of your item carefully within this time frame to make sure there was no damage in shipment). Please note my warranty excludes damage from misuse, such as being dropped or exposed to liquid. In addition, an optional 1 year warranty is available through SquareTrade. The cost is usually about 12% of the item price for 1 year (for example, the warranty price would be about $12 for a $100 item; or about $18 for a $150 item). I usually feel that extended warranties are not worthwhile, but SquareTrade has reasonable prices and outstanding consumer reviews for their warranty service (I even bought a warranty from them on my own personal camera).
