This auction includes an HP/Agilent patient monitor with the following:

M1094B color monitor system complete with M1020A SP02, M1002A ECG/RESP, M1008B NBP and M1116A recorder. Comes with Adult SP02 sensor, Adult cuff and 3 lead snap type ECG cable.

Monitor has OxyCRG so you can monitor HR, RESP, SATS on second my second basis (See close up photo)

Lot weighs approximately 51 pounds (23kg) and will be shipping from USA zip 84118 (Utah). I can ship with whichever shipping company you choose. I can also split the items into 2 boxes if necessary.

International Bidders: If you choose to purchase this lot,  I will mail it to you, however you must pay Shipping and handling and also take full responsibility on getting it through customs (and paying the tax)since I cannot be responsible for the item once I have shipped it. PLease contact your customs to verify you can receive medical equipment, since some countries you cannot. You may also need to purchase power supplies that can be used in your country since some equipment is for use in America.

Pick up is available in Salt Lake area if you are local.

SHIPPING
I do combine shipping when possible
• Please be sure that your shipping address is confirmed.
• I normally ship within 48 hours of cleared payment. Actual delivery times are determined by the carrier.
• Use the shipping calculator for shipping costs. I do not gauge you on shipping!

PAYMENTS & CHECKOUT
• I prefer Pay Pal
• Payment must be made within 7 days of the purchase. If you are bidding on multiple items for combined shipping, please contact me and let me know. You have 7 days to combine items. When you are finished shopping, please contact me and I will send you a combined invoice. If you would like combined shipping and the item ends later then the 7 days, please contact me for approval.
• Checks must clear before items are shipped.Once checks clear, will be shipped within 48 hours.
• Items paid by Money Orders will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt.

RETURNS
• I do describe and picture items exactly as they are, however, I am human so if you feel an item is not as described, please contact me to resolve the issue. I will accept returns only when an item received is not the same as the item purchased. The item must be returned to me within 14 days of the purchase.
• Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
• I am unable to offer refunds in cases of lost, stolen or damaged items if the buyer has not purchased insurance.
• I will gladly assist any buyers with insurance claims.

INSURANCE:
• Insurance for shipments within the United States is optional, but recommended.
• Insurance for International shipments is optional, but, insurance for International shipments is only available for items shipped via Air Parcel Post or Economy Parcel Post.
