Payment: For UK bidders we accept a personal cheque, bank transfer, banker's draft and Paypal.
For International bidders we will accept a Bank Transfer or Paypal.


Shipping: All items will usually be dispatched within 3 business days of payment clearing into our account.  For Paypal this is usually instant, but can sometimes attract a delay depending on how you fund the purchase.  Cheques take 5 working days to clear.  Shipping will be by the most appropriate method depending on weight/value/destination.
You are welcome to collect in person.

Warranty: All our items (unless otherwise specifically stated) are in full working order at time of sale and you have 14 days from receipt of your item in which to inform us of any fault with the item.

Returns: If for any reason you are not satisfied with the item you may return it to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price.  Please note that you will be responsible for the return costs for the item, and, unless the item is faulty, we will not refund the original postage costs.
If retuning an item from outside the EU you will also be responsible for any customs duty/tax (if applicable) when the item passes through UK customs.
You MUST notify us via email of your intention to return any item.
