Your Bid is a Contract! Winning an
auction is a Binding Contract to Buy. Both we and eBay take non-paying bidders
seriously. Failure to make payment on your winning bid will result in negative
feedback as well as non-pay bidders will be reported to eBay.
We strive to make your eBay
experience a good one. We make every effort to list all of our items
accurately. Compatibility of any product is the purchasers' responsibility.
Please read the product ad carefully. We endeavor to list all available
information in the ad, therefore, in many cases an item's specifications may
have been obtained via the Internet. If you have any questions regarding this
product please visit the manufacturer's web site or call their customer service
before placing your bid.
We strive to list all our items
accurately, however, some of our items may have cosmetic imperfections such as
case scratches, minor blemish and discoloration due to normal wear and tear,
that do not in any way affect the performance of the unit. For these reasons,
our warranty only covers the operation of the item and not the cosmetics.
Unless otherwise stated, auctions
are only for the item displayed. In many cases auctions will NOT include
peripheral equipment such as power cords, chargers, manuals, software, cables,
OEM warranties, batteries, cradles, keyboards, mice, licenses and Operating
Systems.
Shipping
Intechra Parts only ships product
within the continental United States. IntechraParts does NOT ship to P.O.
Boxes, APO and FPO addresses or Internationally.
Intechra Parts Does Not Ship
Outside The Continental United States. We Do Not Ship Internationally; this
Includes Canada and Mexico.
Buyer is responsible for all
shipping charges.
LOCAL PICK-UP HAS A $4.00 CHARGE,
MUST BE PICKED UP BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 12:00P.M.-4:00P.M. ITEM MUST BE
PRE-PAYED BEFORE PICK-UP. PLEASE DO NOT PAY FOR PRODUCT RIGHT AWAY SO WE CAN
ADJUST THE INVOICE ACCORDINGLY FOR LOCAL PICK-UP. ALSO NOTIFY US BY EMAIL OR
PHONE OF LOCAL PICK-UP.
WINNING AUCTIONS WILL ONLY BE
SHIPPED TO THE CREDIT CARD BILLING ADDRESS. If it happens to be a PO Box you
MUST email us at ebay.columbus@intechraparts.com and provide us with a mailing
address without a PO Box. This is for our consumer's protection and is a
non-negotiable policy.
The winning bidder must include
their COMPLETE address, including a contact PHONE NUMBER when completing your
purchase. Failure to do so will only delay the arrival of your package.
Combined shipping may be available
for some items, PROVIDED THAT THEY ARE ALL SHIPPING FROM THE SAME LOCATION.
Please do not pay for items right away if you want combine shipping for your
orders.
If you would like 2nd day or
Overnight please email us for a quote and we will adjust your invoice or bill
for you for an additional cost if the item has already been paid for.
We Do NOT use USPS for domestic
deliveries. PLEASE Do Not Ask. We only use FedEx. We will not assign salvage
values to products. Local taxes and tariffs are the responsibility of the
buyer.

*-Please note, items that are
delivered No Signature Required may be left by FedEx / UPS in an unsecured
location around your home. If you would like us to ship an item to you without
signature service, you MUST contact us to receive and send to us a signed
document [via fax or email] stating that we are not liable for said package.

Items Will Only Be Shipped To The Billing Address For The Credit Card. Our
Hours Are 8AM - 4PM EST Monday - Friday.
Items will only be shipped to
credit cards billing address, this is to protect against credit card fraud. If
you would like the item to ship to another address, then you can contact your
credit card company and request another shipping address be added to your
account. This is a non-negotiable policy.

Payment must be made in full
within three (3) business days from the date of purchase. Payment Notifications
Will Be Sent After 5 Days. After 7 Days Unpaided Item Reminders Will Be Sent.
If there is no answer to an Unpaid Item Reminder an Unpaid Item Strike Will Be
Left and the item relisted. If payment is not received, we reserve the right to
re-list any item, and request credit from eBay.
Warranty and Return Information
Warranty
Unless otherwise stated Intechra Parts warrants 14-Day DOA from the date of
shipment unless otherwise stated in the auction. Laptops and Desktop computers
are covered by a 30 day DOA warranty. Should product fail within this
timeframe, a replacement part will be sent after the defective part is
received. All warranty is provided by Intechra Parts. UNTESTED ITEMS ARE SOLD
AS IS, WITH NO WARRANTY.

To request warranty work, you must
contact Intechra Parts with in the designated warranty period. If warranty work
is required, Intechra Parts will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
Number. All items returned without an RMA Number will be refused and all
warranty voided.

All requests for parts returns
should be directed to our RMA Department at 888-588-9468 or 972-245-5050 or via
our online RMA form to obtain a return authorization number and the correct
return address. The RMA Department will verify the warranty status of the part
on which you are requesting a return. Please provide as much information as
possible to expedite the return and credit process, including the original
purchase order and date the defective part was purchased.
When Returning Items Please:

RMA number on the paperwork you are returning with the shipment
Return items with the original packing in the original box
Send returns prepaid using a traceable method. (UPS, FedEx, etc). We are not
responsible for items lost in transit

Returns
Intechra Parts accepts non-defective Part Returns if requested within the first
14 days of shipment. Non-defective Part Returns are subject to a 20% restocking
fee.

you give feedback and an item is paid. Due to the number of sales we have on
eBay, we have adopted a feedback policy that seems to work for our customers
and ourselves. We go through our feedback file and submit feedback for those

recognition and makes the process a bit smoother for both parties. If you are
