Payment Options

Return Policy

In order for us to facilitate Returns, please email us at info@entercomputers.com put on the subject your reference or transaction number and give us a detailed description on why you want to return the item.

Before sending your equipment back for return or exchange with same model or another item with the same or higher value, please follow these explicit instructions:

• A Return Merchandise Authorization or RMA must be requested within 7 days of receipt of your order. The package to be returned must be received within 10 business days of the RMA issue date.
  
  
• If you encounter problems with your order and it is already past the 7-day return policy, please contact the manufacturer directly
  
  
• We will absolutely refuse any manufacturers box that has been written on, or has any extra tape or markings on it.
  
  
• Make sure you have put back everything that came with your merchandise, the manufacturers accessories, instruction books and warranty cards (unfilled). Merchandise must be in mint condition. It cannot have any scratches or any other damages.
  
  
• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  
  

Please Note: Items returned for any reason but non-working, will be subjected to a non-negotiable 15% restocking fee. Your return will be inspected by the shipping manager upon receipt. The restocking fee is assessed based upon the condition of the item(s) will be determined by the receiving manager.

Also note: Once we receive the package, you will receive an e-mail from the Receiving Department acknowledging receipt, and letting you know how long it will take to process the exchange if approved. Please allow 5-7 business days for inspection once your package arrives.

Defective Products

Please refer to the manufacturers warranty agreement after the 7th day of receiving your equipment. If you think that your merchandise is defective please call the manufacturer first before calling Ecorps Inc

• Defective Returns are subject for replacement only, no refunds are available.
  
  
• Ecorps Inc will verify serial numbers and claimed defects prior to shipment of replacement unit.
  
  
• Item or items not found to be defective: Minimum 1 hour labor at $75.00/hr
  
  

Refuse Orders

If your order has been shipped and is refused for any reason, there will be a non-negotiable 15% restocking fee plus shipping charges.

Shipping Policy

Most approved orders placed before 12:00 PST will ship within 24 to 48 hours.

Shipping Alternate Address Other Then Your Billing Address

Ecorps Inc will only ship to the verified billing address by paypal. To ship to a secondary address please contact Paypal for more information.

Our policy protects you, the consumer against credit card fraud, and only takes a moment of your time. Please pay notice that it is the customer's responsibility to follow our regarding shipping addresses. By not following these procedures your order will be delayed in shipping.

*We do not ship to P.O. and A.P.O. Boxes.

International Shipment

When calculating shipping charges for Puerto Rico, Hawaii and Alaska please refer to the shipping rates applicable for Other Shipping Method. The shipping rates for these states differ from current shipping rates to the other 48 contiguous states.
