BIDDERS NOTE

 

Our Guarantee: We specialize in Hp & Compaq Proliants and all their associated peripherals.  We guarantee that all parts included in a server, storageworks, desktop, or an advertised hard drive, memory kit or stick, tape drive, RAID card, etc. is Hp branded.  We also put the part # in every auction so you can guarantee and research what you are buying.  Moreover, we will always list the condition of each product.  We do not say Never Been Used, when it is a HP refurbished part.  We call it what it is because we’re proud to offer it and the value of it.   If it is an open box, we will list the remaining warranty if available.   

 

We are not out to deceive anyone, period!  We’re a business with the idea and hope of turning every customer into a long-term customer.  Many of our long-term customers have come from eBay, and we plan on keeping it that way by selling knowledgably and honestly.  We will answer your emails quickly, be available by phone, and be around when you’re looking to purchase again. 

 

We are open for business MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY from 8:30 A.M. to 5:30 P.M. (CST).  Call us at 763-746-9199.  If we are not there, or unavailable, please leave us a voicemail.  We ship every business day that we are open. We do not procrastinate when it comes to shipping your winning auction. If your winning auction is paid in full for before 3:30 P.M. (CST) during normal business hours then we will SHIP your item the same day.

 

Your winning auction item will be packed properly, securely, and in a smoke-free environment. We take every necessary step of the SHIPPING procedure critically to ensure every item is over packed and makes the trip to your destination safe and sound. All large, heavy items need special packing and SHIPPING via freight carrier. Please contact me to get a freight carrier quote if you think your item might need a freight carrier. For most other standard size and standard weight items that we are listing, you can calculate the SHIPPING cost by your zip code in the lower right corner of our auctions.

 

If you close a bid, it is a contract to buy per eBay's terms and conditions. If there happens to be a listing error and we do not catch it before it ships, we will either correct the problem or exchange it. However, if the buyer purchases the wrong item by mistake we will try to exchange the product; however it may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. We do not pay for return shipping.
