3. Canada Post Money Order in canadian funds, email us for the rate first
4. US postal money order, only RED/Pink are acceptable
5. For any money order, please email us before sending the payment.

Taxes and Duties

Return Policy

1. If merchandise is defective we will supply you with a replacement. 
2. If the exact item is not available, we will substitute the item with a similar item of equal or greater value or refund.
3. Defective item or content discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
4. Returns must have all original packaging and accessories. Item must be shipped back in original condition and properly packed.
5. Email us for the RMA number. RMA number is required for all returns, we may refuse returning package without RMA number.
6. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance.
7. Units returned and found not to be defective will be returned at the buyer's expense, or a 30% Restocking Fee ($35 minimum) will apply to.
8. Shipping and handling is non-refundable either way. This also includes any warranty returns or exchanges.
9. We can not accept compatible issue return.
10. For international buyer (Outside Canada/USA), all the parts sold as is, no 30 days DOA warranty.

Canada:
Canada Post Expedited parcel with tracking number, 1-7 business days depends on location.

USA:
1) low value items (less $100): ship by Canada Post small packet USA Air without tracking    or Canada Post expedited parcel with tracking.
2) High value items (over $100): ship by Canada Post Xpresspost USA with tracking

International:
Canada Post small packet international Air. usually takes 1-2 weeks

** Optional insurance. Buyer take the risk for shipping without insurance.

1. We Offer local pick up in some cases, $5 charge, cash only.
2. We ship nationwide.
3. We do combine shipping charges for multiple auction purchases.

4. We can not control Canada Post delivery time.

5. We do use UPS and Fedex for speedy shipment. Email us for next day / 2nd day delivery cost with your postcode.

6. If need us to use your Fedex/UPS account, please add $5 when you check out and with your acct#.  

Bidding Agreement

1. We will contact the winning bidders within 1 business day after end of auction via emails. In some rare exceptions, if we are not able to contact you within this time period, please send us emails.
