INTERNATIOANL BIDDERS are asked to email us after the auction closes to arrange payment.

ALL WINNING BIDDERS must submit payment within 3 days of auction close. If payment is not received, the item will be relisted, a NON-PAYING BIDDER alert will be filed, and NEGATIVE FEEDBACK will be left.

US Bidders

1. The following forms of payment are accepted:

•		Moneybookers Money Transfer (no Escrow)
•		Visa/Mastercard (Through our Secure Payment Gateway)
•	Money order, Check	Will delay shipments by 7-14 days (Until payment clears)

2. When payment is made with Paypal, we will only ship to the Paypal confirmed address. No exceptions will be made.

3. When payment is made with a credit card, we will only ship to the credit card billing address. No exceptions will be made.

4. By law we are required to collect sales tax for items shipped to addresses within the state of Florida.

US Bidders

1. The winning Bidder agrees to pay for SHIPPING AND HANDLING. The following shipping options are available:

UPS GROUND:		$15.00

INSURANCE (OPTIONAL):		$4.00

2. Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii is extra, so please email us for shipping quotes BEFORE BIDDING.

3. Item will ship within 1-2 business days after payment clears, Monday-Friday (Excluding holidays).

4. Insurance is OPTIONAL. We are not responsible for lost un-insured packages.

5. Multiple items purchased on the SAME DAY may be combined to save on shipping. Some items ship from different locations and are not eligible for combined shipping. If you are interested in purchasing multiple items, please contact us to see if your items are eligible for a shipping discount.

6. We do NOT ship to PO BOXES and APO/FPO. No exceptions will be made.

International Bidders

1. We will ship internationally. The following shipping options are available:

2. Insurance is OPTIONAL. Insurance is provided by a third party company, therefore we do not declare the full value of the item on customs forms. This is done to protect against postal theft.

3. We are not responsible for lost un-insured packages.

4. We are not responsible for customs fees, import duties, or taxes incurred by the buyer.

5. We are not able to insure packages that are delivered to the following countries: Bulgaria, Poland, Romania, Slovenia

1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUND OR CREDIT WILL BE GIVEN FOR PROPERLY SHIPPED ORDERS.

2. If you are not shipped the correct item, it must be reported within 24 hours of the receipt of shipment. Incorrect items must be returned within 7 days of receipt in order to receive a refund or credit. The item must be in its original packaging with all documentation and accessories. Any dismantled, marked, or visibly defaced product by the buyer will VOID the item's return authorization. If the item is returned within the 7 day return window and the reason for return is verified, a refund or credit will be issued to buyer.

3. INTEGRON TECHNOLOGIES, INC. DOES NOT PROVIDE TECHNICAL SUPPORT OR WARRANTY REPLACEMENTS FOR THE PRODUCTS WE SELL. If the buyer experiences a problem with the product, the buyer should contact the manufacturer/warranty provider.

4. If it is determined that your item was damaged in transit by the shipping company, an insurance claim will be filed and a refund will be given to the buyer AFTER the claim is paid by the shipping company.
