In order to protect the CD during transit we suggest choosing Priority Mail at checkout so this will be shipped out in a box. We also suggest choosing the $1 USPS Insurance at checkout to protect your purchase. Common Question that we get with this item: Can I install windows mobile 5.0 with this disk onto my ipaq? No sorry we do not know how to install mobile 5.0, or how it is even possible with the CD, and if you figure out how to do it, please let us know because we get this question alot. These manuals and CD were pulled from a brand new ipaq hx2490c where the accessories were not needed, and it indicates in the manual that the getting started disc includes:
1. Windows Mobile Version 5.0 for pocket PC software
2. Microsoft Activesynch 4.0
3. Microsoft Outlook 2002
4. additional product information
5. important safety information We know that outlook 2002 is not included with the CD because they put a leaflet with the ipaq that says HP no longer provides outlook with the ipaq and that it must be purchased separately.
But we cannot find where or how to install the windows mobile software. We have not tried, only browsed the cd for contents, and we asked HP for support on this but they will not give any support since these hx2490c ipaqs are discontinued. The windows mobile 5.0 pocket pc premium COA sticker is on the back of the CD envelope but as for the actual software it may not be included on the disc to our knowledge, and maybe only on the iPaq itself. |

USPS Express Mail ~
Premium Delivery Service (USA shipments only)

like to have their items RUSHED and overnighted, Express mail is 1 to 2
days delivery time once we ship out the item. 98% of all our packages
are shipped out of our warehouse within 1 to 2 business days (business
days do not include weekends) Express Mail can be guaranteed delivery
day, but you will need to call or email us to verify that we can get
your item to you and the item is in stock before you order to have it
guaranteed by a certain day. 98% of our items are in stock at all times.
Express Mail is non-refundable in most cases unless we give you a
guaranteed day of delivery from the post office. NOTE: Because of the

USPS First Class Mail ~

Class Mail. Generally packages arrive within 4 to 7 business days after
shipping but this is not a guaranteed delivery time please give up to 20
days for items to arrive by first class mail. The majority of First Class Mail packages are carefully
packaged in padded bubble envelopes.

International. These methods delivery time vary

is offered here then please contact us to find out about UPS and Fedex
prices which are much more expensive but may have a way to get the
packages to you faster.

First Class Mail International (FMI) is very slow and cheap
and has NO tracking number. It generally takes
between 1 to 3 weeks to arrive. However, sometimes FMI can
take more time depending on your countrys Customs office. FMI does
not include a tracking number, only a customs number that cannot
be tracked online. We have many customers that question this and how
long this service takes so please be aware. If your package has not
arrived in 45 business days then please contact us.

Priority Mail International (PMI) is slightly faster than FMI and
includes a tracking number to the USA border. It generally takes between 1 to 2
weeks to arrive. Please Note: Global Priority Mail is not a guaranteed
service. 95% of the time packages do arrive within 1 to 2 weeks. However, this is not a guaranteed time frame
due to unknown customs delays. The tracking numer will track only to
the USA border, and in some rare cases on your local postal website
if your post office scans the package.

International (EMI) is much faster than FMI and PMI and includes
a tracking number to your door. It typically takes 8 days or less to arrive, but can also
depend on customs office delays. However, this is not a guaranteed time

anyway even if we send out a wrong or defective item, these items will
