All Products being returned must have original packaging materials, manuals, etc and must be in like new condition. 25% restocking fee plus shipping fee are applied to the products returned that are found to be non-defective; 6 months exchange warranty from the date of billing; This policy does not cover damages caused by abuse, misuse, negligence, improper installation, modification or repair, weather, or any other causes beyond the normal operating range of the battery and/or charger.  In case there is no right one in stock for replacement, a partial refund is optional, the refund is calculated basis on the number of months the battery and or adapter has been used; Warranty is limited only to any malfunctions or defects created by the manufacturers; under any circumstances, the maximum liability for seller is not more than the value of the product plus all tax and shipping and handling fees. Seller is not responsible for paying the shipping fees for returning any items from the buyer whenever for exchange or refund, but sell is responsible to pay the fees to ship the items to the buyer for exchange. The shipping and handling fee has been paid to the shipping company, thus it is not refundable whenever what reason except that if the item is returned within 14 days from the date of receiving the item and the returning of the item is due to manufacturer’s defect.
