I JUST FOUND A HUGE BOX OF GEMSTONES. NOW I KNOW DIAMONDS, BUT WHEN IT COMES TO GEMSTONES, I AM COMPLETELY LOST EXCEPT FOR EMERALDS, RUBIES, SAPPHIRES, AND TANZANITES.

I HAD TO BUY SOME EQUIPMENT TO EVEN SEE WHAT THESE GUYS WERE. I THOUGHT THIS WAS A HUGE TOPAZ, AND WOE IS ME IT IS A HUGE 161 CARAT BLUE QUARTZ. NOW AS FAR AS VALUE, I GUESS THEY ARE THE SAME, BUT THIS STONE. WHAT CAN YOU DO WITH IT. IT IS AS LARGE AS A PAPERWEIGHT.~~~~~IT MEASURES 30MM BY 34.5 MM BY 18 MM DEEP. IT IS SOME STONE. IT SEEMS TO CHANGE COLORS. LIGHTER AT THE CENTER AND DARKER ON THE EDGES LIKE BEAUTIFUL AQUAMARINE WOULD DO.

IN THE PICTURES, THOSE ARE REFLECTIONS OF THE TREES IN THE BACKGROUND. SORRY THAT THE ROSE BUSHES JUST GOT PRUNED AND THEY ARE BARE~~ THIS IS A VINTAGE STONE. I CANNOT SAY THAT THERE ARE NO FLAWS INSIDE, AS I DONT KNOW EXACTLY WHAT TO LOOK FOR. I CAN SEE TINY FLAWS ON THE TOP, AND AROUND THE EDGES, (I USE A 10 POWER GLASS AND SOMETIMES MORE) BUT CERTAINLY NOTHING THAT WOULD KEEP ME FROM WIRE WRAPPING THIS STONE AND WEARING IT IF I ONLY COULD WEAR SOMETHING THAT DIDN'T WEIGH A FEW POUNDS (LOL) I HAVE TO SELL THESE THINGS AS IF I MADE MORE JEWELRY OUT OF THEM, THAN WHAT? THE PRICES ARE WHAT I THINK IS FAIR. IF YOU DON'T AGREE, WRITE AND SAY SO.

A 94 YEAR OLD SHOULD NOT BE MAKING MORE JEWELRY.
