HUGE 9" Vintage Christmas Putz House w/ Santa

Here is a rare extra large size vintage 40's - 50's mica cardboard house with the original box (bottom only, no lid). Great for a Christmas garden or village display. The house has a light hole opening on the back - no lights are included. No odor.
Approx. 7" tall and the 9" across x 5 1/2" wide. Base is stamped "MADE IN JAPAN". Off-white base, purple house, heavily trimmed with sparkling white mica. Green mica over the 'grass' front walkway. The fence has 3 of 4 wood stick posts (one front post is missing) and has stitched together green (faded to brown) straw trim glued to the fronts.
There are 6 red & gold pane cellophane windows - the top front window is split diagonally, the 3 side windows are intact, one lower front window is intact, the other lower front window is intact but it has come loose from one side and curls up. I straightened it out for the picture but it may curl back up. The front door cellophane has split along the one gold design side and curls up - it can be pushed back in place - however it may curl up again.
The roof is silver foil covered. Green paint and mica on the front porch canopy roof.
There is a 1 7/8" tall hand painted bisque Santa Claus figure with toy sack wired to the base. No chips or cracks.
Nice 5 1/4" tall green brush tree with real twig trunk.
Overall very nice condition. Light aging and mica loss. One back wall edge has a 3/8" hole.
The box bottom is in poor condition. Dented side, 2" side tear, some partial splits and tears at the corners, soiled or aged as shown. One paper label at the end "MADE IN JAPAN 64-7726N (1)".
