It measures 3 ¼” long and the outer measurement of the mouth end is about 2".  Wt. 12.2 oz.  We are not certain if it is for a Tuba or Sousaphone. We do not see any mfg name. We find  the first Tuba was created by Richard Wagner in Germany and early ones are from 1835. There are plenty of dings and marks.  It almost seems to large for a mouth.

 Q: Looks like what you have there is a Reynolds 9 trombone mouthpiece. Too small for a tuba. It also looks like someone else was confused about what it was and tried to use it as a hammer!!
