BLACK - BRIGHT GOLD 12"x1/4" streamers, huge & fluffy. Very Good Used to Excellent Used Condition - suitable for any purpose. These probably date back to the 80's. A little scrunched from storage but fluff out nicely with shaking & gentle tugging on streamers. Sorry no return on these, they are taking up too much space!!!! PLEASE NOTE: PAYMENT: PayPal accepted.
