All items are in good condition but please note, due to the size of this auction and the number of items included, we did not remove each building and accessory and inspect them.  These are used and they were displayed so there may be small flaws on some of the pieces. 

SHIPPING OPTIONS:

1.  Local Pick Up.  We are located in the Pittsburgh, PA  area and will be happy to arrange a pick up of these items.  No charge to pick up.

2.  Delivery.  For a fee, we will deliver these items within a 100 mile radius of zip code 16046. 

3.  Shipping.  There are a lot of boxes to be shipped.  Once the auction is completed we will provide you with the best possible choice for shipping.  The total weight of the auction is close to or over 300lbs. once you factor in boxes, packing materials, etc.
