IT HAS 427 JEWELS/REFLECTORS ALL ARE THERE NONE MISSING. PORCELAIN HAS SOME CHIPS AS SHOWN IN PHOTOS, BUT QUITE GOOD CONDITION CONSIDERING IT'S AGE FOOLS WITH GUNS ETC. TOP SECTION IS RED AND READS STOP WITH 51 JEWELS. THE BOTTOM PART HAS 376 SMALLER JEWELS / REFLECTORS. SIGN READS "STOP - VEHICLES WITHOUT CHAINS ON REAR WHEELS PROHIBITED - DEPT. OF PUBLIC WORKS - DIV. OF HIGHWAYS". PLEASE DO NOT ASK ME TO PACKAGE OR SHIP THIS I JUST CAN'T.
