We ship USPS Priority Mail, Parcel Post and FedEx Ground for heavier items. No shipping to APO or FPO addresses. We do not ship outside the U.S. Note: Shipping quoted is for the continental U.S. only. Delivery Confirmation/Tracking is included in the shipping fee.
