LOT DESCRIPTION:

· Inflation's last days, scarce to rare, stationery uprated with 3 adhesives, Exhibition / Fair slogan cancel. Nice.  

2 - POSTAGE AND PACKING:  

● for the first 5 lots (including local / inland mail): = 1.99 USD or the highest P&P costs for the first lot, plus 1 USD for each additional lot.  After each 5 lots a new invoice will be started; the lots will be invoiced chronologically and each invoice will be required for a separate payment.

● PAYMENT: The buyer covers all additional expenses until the money is in my hand. Local or international postal payment, escrow, wire, bank transfer, etc - the usual payment channels; checks or bank drafts not accepted.

● PAYPAL: I am sorry, but that is acceptable ONLY if you agree to add compensation (5% / minimum 1 USD). In this case, I will take on me  all the subsequent costs (transfer costs from PayPal into my bank account, transfer, exchange, banking and ATM charges). Otherwise, please choose another payment method.

1- REGISTRATION  (+ 5 USD) FOR THIS LOT: NOT COMPULSORY / except for CHINA, RUSSIA, INDIA, INDOCHINA, OPEC  where registration is COMPULSORY at 10 USD  instead of 5 USD.

● NOTE: Registration is COMPULSORY for all sales totalling 50 USD and above.
