Items stated as new are NEW and are covered by manufacture warrantees.  I'm not a company and as such I don't accept returns on items with warrantees.  I'll print you an invoice for such use, if desired.

Software is not guaranteed to be compatible with your system, the program work on my computer and I generally list system requirements.
