This piece is "New in the Box", Never Used or Displayed, Only taken out to Photograph, and it is 100% Original.  This Eighth in the Series Die-Cast Metal Ornament was produced in 2003 and Officially Licensed by Lionel Trains, LLC.  This piece is Lighted, and the original Battery was never removed from its packaging.  The Original Box is in Like New condition and Totally Complete, including the Memory Card.  They don't come any better than this!  Check out the 6 pictures and see what you think.  If you collect Hallmark Christmas Ornaments or Lionel Trains, you may want to take a look at this piece.  It would be a Fantastic addition to your Hallmark or Lionel Train Collection and you will never have to upgrade.  If you have any questions on any piece, please Email me.  Payment method is Paypal only.  Winning bid pays $3.00 S/H in the Continental U.S.A.
