- Mascots are designed as "One Size Fits Most" for adults ranging from 5'5" to 6'. If you need the special size such as the children size or extra large size, please just contact us first, we then will make one just for you .
- Vision on most mascots is usually through the eyes, though some mascots have vision through the mouth either exclusively (depending on the costume) or in the mouth and eyes together. The eyes are screened and allows you to see without being seen.
- Approximate Weight of most mascots is 8-11 pounds (4-5 Kg). The head alone will usually weighs 4-5 pounds, depending on the costume.
- Most mascots come in 4 parts. The head, body, hands and feet are all separate (special requirements could be met such as make the gloves connect to the sleeves). So there will be no strain on the neck, and the head of the mascot will rest on the shoulders.
- All photos showed are taken from the actual costumes. Buyer will get the one just like what you see here.
- It's important to make the right decision when purchasing online, but we believe that high quality with the reasonable price is the most important so please be advised to buy the best one from us. You may not buy the mascot costume with the foam head at this low price from other guys.
- Custom order: If you can't find the mascot style from our store, just feel free to contact us and email us the detailed requirements including the pictures then we will respond you the quota and the time schedule needed to make it for you.

- Usually Customers from the countries listed above will get the costumes within 2 weeks from the payment date, in some cases it may take up to 3 weeks then please leave enough time to buy the item as soon as possible. We will send buyer the tracking number then you can check online of the shipping status.
- We ship the item to your Paypal address by default.
- Signature is required when the item delivered. Sometimes the item may be undeliverable because no one at your address, please keep an eye online or the notice left to your door to guarantee the delivery. The parcel will not be left to your door without your signature.
