Most everyone has old Gold Jewelry which is broken, never worn, or just out of style. It could be something with sentimental meaning like an old high school ring, an old wedding ring, or pendant which you would rather not part with but you cannot wear anymore for one reason or another. Well I have something that can be done with it....I can make it New Again !!!

The only thing you will need to do is get your scrap gold together and mail it in with your payment.

I will melt all of your scrap gold together to form a new item of your choice and within a few weeks you will have a new piece of jewelry that is unlike anyone else's, at only a fraction of the price that it would cost to buy in the store.

Questions & Answers:

How much gold will I lose?
Whenever I have to melt, cut, and shape gold there is a portion which will be lost as dust. We try our best to keep this amount as low as possible. On average you can expect 1 to 3 grams per 10 grams which will be lost as dust, depending on what piece is made.

What types of gold can I use?
You may use 9K, 10K, 12K, 24K, or any Karat in-between. I do not mix any White and Yellow Gold together unless it is a very small amount of White Gold. You can, however, mix any Karat together.    

Can I use Silver?
No.  Sorry, I do not melt any silver. In most cases you can purchase a piece of Sterling Silver cheaper that I can make it, so it is not feasible or honest for me to charge for this service.

How long will it take for my order?
Most any piece which you order should only take a week or two after I receive it. If there is going to be delay, I will try to contact the person who placed the order via Email.  

How do I get my gold weighed?
I would be glad to weigh it for you and only use what you request. I would, then, mail the remainder back to you with your order. You could also use your own scales, another jewelry store's scales, or the post office scales to weigh your gold. In most cases, I use grams for the weight, but you may also use penny-weight, or any other.  

Why not take my gold to a local jewelry store?
In most cases, you will pay much more at other jewelry stores, if they offer this type of service. Many stores will take up to 2 months to fill your order because they don't have a Designer on duty at all times.   

What if the gold I am sending contains stones?
In a lot of cases, the stones are too small to be valuable and they will be destroyed when melting the gold. If there are larger stones which you want to keep, just let me know and I will send them back with your order.    

What if the metal I send turns out to be non-karat gold?
If I find any gold plated or non-karat items, I will notify the customer. If by chance you still have enough gold to fulfill the order, we will still notify you and continue with the order. If I were to mail  the gold back the customer, the customer would be responsible for the shipping charges.

These are all hand-made items, therefore there are No Refunds.
 Each piece is made with the highest quality and to be made strictly by how the order form was filled out by the customer. If I fail to make it to specifications, I will fix or remake the piece free of any additional charges. If the purchaser makes a mistake filling out the order form, I will try my best to make the customer happy.
