This hammock is an improved version of a type of hammock used by troops in the pacific theatre of operations during WW2.  Now you can use them for the strength, comfort and protection from insects. 

You can use them to relax when camping, at the beach or in your own back yard. The great design allows you to get inside the fine mesh box room which, protects you from those nasty flies and other insects. Including sand flies and mozzies. 

The hammock also comes with a nylon roof attached, plus an extra rain fly to protect you from rain.

It has a padded hammock base for extra comfort and strength. This extra padding will also stop mozzies from biting you through the base. 

It folds up into its own carry bag and comes with  plenty of strong nylon cord, available in olive green colour.

The hammock base is 2.4m x67cm (deployed) 

The attached roof is 3m x1.5, the extra roof is the same size. 

Entry to hammock is by a heavy duty double sided zip that runs the leangth of the hammock on one side

This hammock can also be used as a one man tent by setting it up on the ground with a ground sheet, sleeping mat or camp stretcher.

 at only 1.8 kgs its perfect for backpackers, Great for military, hunting, fishing, camping, hiking, scouts or just relaxing.

The recommended maximum weight for this hammock is 120kgs
