Wide, Hand-Beaded, Brocade Trim From Heritage Trading Company Here’s something as beautiful as it is unusual: hand-embroidered trim, stitched by a needlework professional. This piece of trim is richly embellished with bullion (also called purl) beads and sequins. And every last one of them was sewn on by hand! The base for this trim is a 3¾ inch wide piece of burgundy fabric with a metallic gold, brocade, floral design. On top of that, a professional embroiderer has stitched bullion, beads, and sequins--antique gold and burgundy in color. There are also red and clear faux gems. The trim is backed with a light-weight buckram.
Approximately 3¾ inches wide. This piece 2½ yards long. Width is approximately 9.5 centimeters. Length is 2.3 meters. This trim is brand new, not "vintage." In other words, it's not used, damaged, or dirty.
