This is a Hand Cut United States 1904 Indian Head Penny

A small hole is drilled in the coin into which a very fine jeweler's saw blade is inserted and the background is cut away leaving only the main feature of the coin, attached to the rim, giving it a floating effect.

I do not polish the coins after they are cut so they tone naturally.

If you prefer to polish them after purchase I suggest a liquid tarnish remover or non abrasive tooth polish.

This is the Coin Only, with a small hole drilled at the top suitable for insertion of a jump ring to hang on a necklace, charm bracelet or other item.
