1) Select your photographs to be painted
As all portrait artists do, our artist will use the photograph as the basis for your portrait. Additional photos (taken from the same time) are often helpful for the artist to get the most complete composite of the subject. ?
2) Email me the image of your photograph in any format
3) Our artist paints your portrait
Over a period of the next 3 weeks our artist will hand paint your portrait.
4) You inspect the portrait meticulously to ensure our exacting standards
We email you painted portrait for your inspection. If portrait is not what you like, we will rework it for your satisfaction.
5) Bid and pay for it
We will list the item on EBAY for you to bid and pay for it.
5) We ship your portrait!
Your portrait will be shipped to you within 3 days after your payment. We delivery your portrait by standard air mail. |

Q. What type of photograph do I need to send you?
A clear, professional quality, photograph of at least 600 dpi or 50 K or larger with all details, including the color of the eyes, clearly visible.?

Q. How long will I have to wait for my painting?
You should receive portrait about 2 weeks from the date you pay. Each portrait is carefully and professionally hand painted, not airbrushed or sprayed. Once the portrait is completed, the oil on the canvas requires 5 days to dry thoroughly. Once the oil is dry, the portrait is carefully inspected to insure flawless quality before shipping.?
Q. Can I change an order?
If you have a change request after the order has been processed, contact us and we will contact the artist. Given the progress of the painting, the artist will indicate what changes can be made. Please make sure to proved specific suggestions with your order.
Q. What if I am not happy with the painting?
We will provide a scanned version of the painting for your approval prior to final delivery. In the event that you are not happy with the painting we will redo the parts of the painting you wish to change. If you still are not satisfied with the final product, then just ignore it and you do not need to bid for the item.
