Shipping:

If a flat rate is not listed, be sure to click the "Calculate Shipping" button before bidding to review the total Shipping and Packing charges to your zip code . Items are typically prepared for shipment in our store and include quality materials and attentive packing services. Merchandise will ship the next business day after payment confirmation is received or your check has cleared.

If the item is listed for international sales please use the shipping calculator or contact us prior to the sale with complete destination information in order to receive an accurate quote. At the minimum we need to know if it's a residence or a business, the country and the postal code. The more complete the address you provide the more accurate we can be.

We will combine shipping if you buy multiple items from us and notify us prior to shipment of the first item. We will pass on any savings .

Local Pick-up can be arranged. A $5 handling fee will be incurred. Pickups must be made within 10 days of auction's end. Delays will result in storage fees. Please contact us for approval and fee amounts. Delays exceeding 30 days may result in forfeiture of the item and amounts paid.

Returns:

We Convert-it will accept returns only if the item is not as represented in the listing. Some conditions and possible uses are a matter of opinion and not necessarily an automatic reason for return. Please contact us prior to bidding if further clarification is desired.

If you have a problem with any of our merchandise please allow us the opportunity to work it out. We are acting on behalf of the seller and it is never our intention to mislead. If a mistake has been made we will attemp to correct it. We do not believe negative feedback is appropriate until all remedies have been exhausted.

To initiate a return you must contact us, by email or by phone at 608-768-0185, within 3 days of receiving the item to obtain a return authorization number or a refund will not be granted. Once an RMA number is issued, We Convert-it must receive the item within 10 days or the RMA will be cancelled permanently. Return shipping is at your expense and the item must be insured for the final selling price. Upon receiving the goods at our location, we will inspect the item. If an error has been made we will issue a refund within 10 days. Shipping charges are not refunded.
