Hand painted plate with flowers and gold - signed




This is a hand painted plate with pierced rim design.  It is painted with yellow flowers with a light green background.  The rim is decorated with gold.  The plate is artist signed - J Wayne.  The back has the following note: Margaret -Tom Davis, July 3 1920 July 3 1970, From the Waynes.

The plate is 8 1/2" across

Great condition - no nicks or chips
