It includes both a 1.8 oz. 9 1/2" bottom whorl Annie May drop spindle AND a 1.2 oz 6 1/2" top whorl Annie May mini spindle for ultra fine fibers. Both spindles are delightfully hand painted and the kit includes detailed and easy to follow instructions and a WONDERFUL combo of fibers totaling 4 oz. including fine natural ecru combed wool top, the prettiest colonial wool in a pearl grey called "Shale" and "Agate" Multi-colored Colonial wool top. The handmade, signed wood spindles have a delightful trailing vine pattern with green leaves delicately circling the top of the whorl. They are hand rubbed with a natural oil wood finish. Each spindle is personally pre tested for balance, weight and spinning ease. I never use the spinning fiber from your kit to test your spindle.
