As a certified athletic trainer with a bachelor's degree I've been thinking about what I'd like to return to school for and always had an interest in radiology for musculoskeletal injuries. I see a lot of x-rays when my athletes get hurt and sometimes I can pick up on the injuries, sometimes not, but I'd love to get a better understanding of what our team physician's look at with MRI's and X-ray's so I ordered this book in an effort to read up on a few things. After all I got it for about $5.00! It turned out to be a great purchase. I've focused most of my current reading to the Trauma chapter, but I'm sure the rest of the book is just a valuable for anyone interested in the other topics. It is detailed yet simple to read for anyone with a background in health care or anyone who has studied anatomy and/or biomechanics to any degree.Read full review
