I have handmade this little gal from a pattern I have created.  She is made out of tea stained muslin and is 14" tall.

She has a black dress along with a black witches hat.  She is holding a 5 1/2" broom.  She has a black lace collar and is wearing white panties.
She has a prim tag that states "Blessings to You."  I can make a tag with any saying you would like.

This gal would be a treasured gift and is so very "unique."
